I want to address this issue that, because I am an Optimal Health care type of provider, I should not get sick. Because I am a chiropractor and I get adjusted, or whatever type of doctor you are and whatever wonderful health service you provide, you should not get sick. I have seen this faulty belief system cripple doctors.
I had a doctor who felt sicker than a dog feeling she needed to be in the office to take care of her patients. Another one confided in me that she has the Coronavirus and she did not know what to tell her patients. I have worked with so many doctors who have gotten very ill themselves or have had their spouse get very sick and it can really rock our belief systems. After all, if I get adjusted and have a reasonable lifestyle doesn’t that guarantee my health?
